Leading and overseeing retail colleagues, giving advice to fulfill sales goals, making sure the store looks well, upholding business rules, and educating employees to provide exceptional customer service are all part of the supervisor's job duties. They are also in charge of organizing and carrying out merchandising plans, keeping track of inventory, responding to consumer questions and grievances, examining sales trends, and working with the store manager on events and promotions.
