Due to retirement, Mount Surgery is looking to recruit one or more Salaried GPs, with a view to partnership. Work-life balance is essential to us, and the Practice and Partners pride themselves on their flexible attitude to working patterns. Mount Surgery has strong links to Swansea University Medical School, as well as being a training practice for GP Registrars. We also employ a broad range of support staff including Nurses, Pharmacy Technicians and Physicians Associates, with exceptional staff retention throughout the whole practice.
