Crynodeb
Performance of ultrasound examinations ad designated by the Clinical Lead for Imaging. Work efficiently without supervision, organising and prioritising work, and liaising with clinics and wards to optimise service. Maintain high working standards in Gynaecological, Obstetric and general ultrasonography. Participate in multidisciplinary team working Act as independent practitioners with full accountability for all actions, with the issuing of ultrasound reports. To communicate scan findings to patient's and clinicians, providing advice on future management when requested. To address the patient's health and wellbeing. This includes modification of techniques, involving the manipulation of patients and equipment, to obtain diagnostic information. To maintain accurate documentation, including production of relevant graphical representation pertinent to the examination, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.
