We do this by nurturing kindness, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging in every member of our school community.The RoleWe are seeking a kind, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our EYFS team. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver our rich and engaging curriculum, support children’s learning and development, and foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences.Assist in observing, assessing, and tracking pupil progress.Adapt support to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families, promoting a culture of kindness, respect, and belonging.Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and events.Stay informed about educational best practice and share learning with colleagues.
