Customer Services Representative – Join a Friendly and Supportive Team!
Are you a people-person with a passion for helping others? We’re on the lookout for a Customer Services Representative to be the welcoming voice of the business. Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (can be flexible)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE
Sector: Customer Service / B2B Support
Temp - Perm but there is the possibility of straight permanent
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Customer Services Representative, you’ll play a key role in making sure the customers feel valued and supported every step of the way. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Being the first point of contact via phone and email for all customer enquiries
Accurately processing customer orders and gathering all relevant details
Providing product guidance and information on pricing, availability, and delivery
Resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
Updating and managing customer records in a CRM
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Looking for ways to improve the customer journey and service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal Customer Services Representative will have:
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in manufacturing or B2B
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
A proactive, friendly, and professional approach
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
The ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure
Comfortable using computer systems and CRM platforms
