We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded individual who’s passionate about customer care and keen to make an impact in an aftersales environment. In this role, you’ll be the key link between customers and the service team—helping to maximise satisfaction while driving revenue through contract and warranty sales.
What you’ll be doing:
Act as the first point of contact for customers following their purchase
Introduce and promote available support services and aftercare options
Proactively sell service contracts and extended warranties
Liaise with customers and the service team to ensure clear, timely communication
Support customers with service bookings, training sessions, and issue resolution
Assist in strengthening customer loyalty and long-term satisfaction
Ideal candidate profile:
Sales-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
Background in customer service or aftersales in a fast-paced setting
Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
Able to spot upselling opportunities and close deals professionally
Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive in approach
