Crynodeb
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join the Hartsholme team. The Hartholme centre (PICU Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit) is a 10-bedded acute admission ward looking after service users with a variety of mental health challenges. You will be part of a team that works closely with your nursing colleagues on the wards to ensure that service users are cared for in a clean and comfortable environment. The role will include a variety of cleaning duties, preparation of meals, and the replenishment of hot and cold beverages. Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team is essential. Care Certificate in support services and basic food hygiene certificates are desirable, but training can be provided. Previous experience of working within a hospital/caring environment would be preferable. The successful applicant will be expected to work, days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a shift work basis.
