We are looking for a confident Learning Disabilities Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Youll be working 40hours a week (including days, nights & weekend shifts, and some bank holidays),making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Toller Road. This is a [one sentence description of service and client group.] Toller Road is an 8-bed specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, including those with mental health or physical health needs.
