Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ASW - Social Worker with a focus on Mental Health to join our team. With a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mental health challenges and the ability to provide comprehensive support to clients in need. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement effective interventions. Your expertise and empathy will play a vital role in helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys, ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary for their well-being. You will engage in regular communication with clients, families, and other stakeholders, providing updates and coordinating care. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and social circumstances.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Provide therapeutic support and interventions to clients dealing with mental health issues.
Facilitate access to resources such as housing, employment, and community services.
Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress notes.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continuity of care and support.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Registration with the relevant professional body as an accredited social worker.
A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a mental health setting.
Strong understanding of mental health legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with clients.
Proficiency in assessment techniques and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £23.73
