Role: ECT Primary Teacher
Start: September 2025
Location: Barking & Dagenham, East London
Contract: Full time (Temp to Perm)
Rate: £180 - £220 Per Day
Candidate Specification
- UK QTS or PGCE Essential
- Experience in EYFS during a placement or previous job role essential
- Primary ECTs will be paired with an experienced class-teacher as well as an ECT mentor
- Excellent spoken and written English is absolutely essential
- Confident, bubbly personality
- Team players only!
What we are looking for:
- ECT's with QTS, or relevant UK teaching experience.
- A love for teaching and a passion for your subject - be it Maths, English, Science, Humanities, MFL, DT or PE.
- Confidence in delivering engaging, inspiring lessons which spark curiosity.
- A positive mind-set and a willingness to grow with support from experienced mentors.
- Commitment to contributing fully to the life of a welcoming school community.
