We are looking for a teaching assistant who is team teach trained working on a 1:1 basis or small groups with a child who has ALN in a mainstream class.
The Ideal candidate must have the following:
- Team Teach Trained
- Competent working with ALN (Additional Learning Needs) / challenging behaviour
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant in Bridgend with the following:
· Ability to think on the spot
- A genuine love for working with children and supporting their learning journey.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students and staff alike.
