Summary
Hamish Homes is the largest estate agency in the Highlands and we’re continuing to grow rapidly. We’re now looking for an experienced and highly organised Administrator & Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team.
As a key player within our office, you’ll be working at the heart of the business, supporting the property process from initial instruction through to completion. Our office is a busy, fast-paced environment, so we’re looking for someone who is proactive and comfortable juggling priorities.
In this varied role you’ll provide day-to-day administrative support, liaising with agents, solicitors, photographers, scriptwriters and surveyors and deliver excellent customer service at all times. To succeed, you’ll need fluent spoken and written English, great communication skills and experience in both administration and bookkeeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential and while experience with Xerox systems is ideal, training can be provided.
