Summary:
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Administrator, initially on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. This is a full time, office based role in Inverness and duties include:
Providing comprehensive accounts administration support to the team including matching good received notes on the system.
Input and register Purchase ledger invoices for payment.
Filing of paperwork.
Updating and maintaining accurate supplier records.
Daily use of MS office and financial software systems.
Carrying out reconciliations.
General administrative duties in support of the team.
Person specification:
Previous experience in a similar accounts administration role.
Strong IT skills including MS Office.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a busy workload.
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week 8:30 – 5:00 Monday to Thursday (45 minute lunch) 08:30 – 15:30 Friday (30 minute lunch)
