Job Title: Domiciliary Care Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our team, providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes.
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will support people to live as independently and comfortably as possible, while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Typical Visits – (3 Times a day / 7 Days a Week)
-Morning: 9am
-Evening: 5pm
-Bed Time: 8pm
You must live in the IG6 Locality (Epping, Ilford)
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with medication management and ensure clients take their medication as
prescribed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, helping clients to maintain
social activities and well-being.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and daily tasks around the home.
• Report any changes in clients' health or well-being to the team leader or
healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
