Role Purpose:

A creative and passionate food leader to drive industry-leading innovation across our business.

Tune in to current and future market trends and synergise with key data, KPIs and customer typology to ensure menus and recipes are relevant to the needs of the business.

Spark joy within the team, deep diving into food in the way only truly passionate people can. Inspire with beautifully crafted and delicious menus to ensure we continue to attract the best clients and customers.

Nail it by coming to work every day with the attitude to continually improve, change perceptions and push boundaries.

Focus and Responsibilities Overview:

  • Driving innovation in menu development and recipe creation across the business.
  • Full menu calendar planning in line with marketing expectations.
  • Oversight of client liaison and sales pitches.
  • Oversight of marketing content acquisition including photo shoots, guest chef experiences and training days
  • Deep knowledge of sustainability and procurement metrics and systems to drive systemic change and special projects.
  • Implementation of current and future market trends within the restaurant and corporate catering sectors to drive sales.
  • Creation of superlative NPD processes and systems to create effe
  • Oversight of special projects with the ability to react quickly to changing circumstances.
