Senior Vehicle Technician required for Automotive Specialist, in the West Sussex area.
Our Client, an Automotive family run car specialist is currently seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.
Benefits:
- Basic Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE (with flexibility for the right candidate)
- Monthly Bonus Schemes (up to £500 extra per month depending on performance, customer feedback, parts, servicing targets, and team goals)
- No Saturdays – Ever
- 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day each year after 5 years up to 30 days total

Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing Complex Faults
- Offering your expertise as a Senior Vehicle Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop
- Working on Complex Repairs
- Assisting the ‘newer’ members of the team with their training
- Working closely with the Workshop Controller
Requirements:
- Be a fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience within a Senior Vehicle Technician position in a Franchised environment
- A strong working experience within Diagnostic Repair
- Methodical problem-solving skills
For your hard work our Client you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £50,000.
The hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician role Monday to Friday only – 08:30 to 18:00 (with a 1-hour lunch & two 15-minute breaks).
