• Position: Events Manager
• Employer: Acclaimed Prestige Events Caterer
• Location: Northolt, England
• Gross OTE Salary package: £29,000 to £34,000
• Weekly working hours / days: 38 to 48 hours within a 5/6 days week

You will play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-end social, cultural, matrimonial, and corporate events. This includes managing service staff deployment, overseeing food and beverage logistics, and ensuring smooth floor operations. Acting as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, and venues, your focus will be on delivering seamless, high-quality guest experiences while supporting the overall success of each event through efficient planning and execution.

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements:

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Accredited certificate in catering, culinary Arts, hospitality, or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience in banquet management or similar. Exceptional ability to plan banquets, manage budgets, and meet deadlines
• Experience in supervising banquet Floor staff
• Ability to collaborate with Banquet Sales Managers and chefs
• Extensive knowledge of catering equipment and venue requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
• Must have a valid UK driving licence
• Personal alcohol licence
• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
• Computer literacy
• Sound financial + business acumen
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
