About The Role
Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible between 9AM - 5:30PM
Salary: £12.98 Per Hour
Location: Windsor, office based

Salutem is looking for a Recruitment Resourcing Coordinator to play a vital role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and candidate-focused recruitment journey across all our divisions. From posting roles to managing offers, you’ll be at the heart of our hiring process—supporting managers, engaging candidates, and helping us attract the right talent to make a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activity from vacancy approval through to offer acceptance
- Posting roles on internal and external job boards
- Scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Maintaining accurate recruitment trackers and reporting against key KPIs
- Supporting hiring managers to ensure timely and compliant recruitment activity
- Managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and improving usage across the business
- Proactively sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles using Boolean search and online CV databases
- Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment queries, providing a professional experience throughout
- Collaborating with Divisional Teams, HR, and Central Resourcing to ensure delivery excellence
- Escalating issues and delays as needed to keep recruitment on track

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels
- Self-motivated and resilient under pressure
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Skills in candidate sourcing, including Boolean search
- Understanding of safer recruitment standards
