To provide a first point of contact for internal and external customers. Ensure all Estates Services Helpdesk, Reception, Car Parking, and general enquiries are dealt with and resolved by utilising the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) and booking software. To assist and provide day to day administrative support to the wider Estates team.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing technical administrative support within a large, multidisciplinary team, delivering a high standard of customer-focused service. They will demonstrate competence in document management, including maintaining effective filing systems and developing administrative procedures. Applicants should possess a minimum of GCSEs in English Language and Mathematics at grade C/Grade 4 or above (or equivalent qualifications or experiential learning). Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential, along with proficiency in IT systems such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including the ability to create and manage databases and generate reports. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, as is the ability to work flexibly, manage competing priorities, and see tasks through to completion. The successful candidate will be capable of working both independently and collaboratively, handling challenging situations with professionalism.
