Whitehill is a forward-thinking school that places the academic, personal and social skills at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and committed Sports Assistant to join our team. The school is committed to high quality Physical Education (PE) and providing as many wider opportunities to our children. This includes all year groups accessing Forest School sessions and a range of after-school clubs.
We have had many successes over the years in various sports and competitions, including most recently winning 1st and 2nd places with our 2 Cheerleading teams at the National UKCA competition.
The role will include supporting the setup and deliver of PE lessons with the class teacher, facilitating active lunchtimes (including school competitions), delivering after-school clubs and supporting the organisation of inter-school competitions (at home and away using the school minibus).

In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2024, we carry out pre-employment checks and screening.
