Exciting opportunities available in Warrington!
Our client, one of the largest structural steel distributors, are looking to recruit an experienced steel Saw Operative to add to their dedicated & committed team.
Key responsibilities: Set up and operate saws to cut steel to specified dimensions Ensure and perform routine maintenance on saws and cutting tools Inspect finished cuts for accuracy and quality Identify and report defects or inconsistencies Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and components (preferred but not essential - full training provided) Maintain a clean and organised working environment in line with health and safety standards. This role will involve working with various heavy machinery.
The working hours are 1400 - 2200 Monday to Friday.
An immediate start is available after successful interview.
