We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, customer experience, and team development, with a strong background in food service management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service
Manage, train, and motivate FOH staff to deliver excellent customer service
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and communication
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints with professionalism
Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards
Monitor budgets, cost controls, and stock levels
Manage reservations and peak service flow
Implement SOPs and uphold brand standards
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager (2+ years)
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
A passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
Ability to manage busy service and high-pressure environments
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software
Food Safety & Hygiene certifications preferred
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
