St John's College is a leading independent school for girls and boys aged 3 to 18. With approx 523 pupils on its roll, St John’s is the Choir School to Cardiff Metropolitan Cathedral and seeks to appoint an experienced Receptionist & Administrator from September 2023.The successful candidate will need to be reliable, organised and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who ideally has previous experience in the role, and is familiar with school systems. You will need to be able to work flexibly and with good humour, with the ability to prioritise effectively to meet the needs of pupils, parents/carers, staff, and Trustees.
