The Role:As the Personal Assistant to the Deputy Principal, you will play a central role in supporting the strategic and operational functions of the College’s senior leadership. This is a high-profile position requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.You will also contribute to College-wide projects, events, and initiatives, and provide flexible support across campuses and departments during peak periods.This is a varied and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a vibrant and ambitious educational institution, making a real impact on its success.The working pattern of this part-time role (0.5FTE) is flexible and not set. The working days / times that make up the hours can be discussed during interview. Key Responsibilities:Manage the Deputy Principal’s diary, correspondence, meetings, and travel.Handle confidential matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases.Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations.Support governance processes and assist with committee papers and minutes.Coordinate College-wide events and formal visits.Collaborate with admin teams to support the Senior Management Team.Perform other duties as required by the Deputy Principal.Who You Are:Experienced in executive-level PA or administrative roles.Discreet, professional, and highly organised.Skilled in communication, document preparation, and Microsoft Office.Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work across departments and campuses.Experience in education or the public sector is a plus.
