We currently have vacancies within our Hyper Acute Stroke Unit at the Royal London Hospital
The Stroke Unit at the Royal London is one of the 8 Hyper Acute Stroke units in London. Barts Health is part of largest academic health sciences system in the world, our Hyper Acute Stroke Unit benefits from a dedicated research team conducting cutting edge research on the ward. We have an established bed base of 12 Hyper Acute Stroke beds and 14 Acute Stroke beds. The aim of our service is to provide world class stroke care.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and caring individuals to work as Health Care Support Workers on the unit to provide holistic care to all of our patients. There are extensive opportunities to learn and develop yourself professionally.

The Health Care Assistant is a member of the ward / department team who implements prescribed care and undertakes administrative activities as directed by a registered nurse.
