Purosearch are proud to be working with a rapidly growing provider of Supported Living services in Romford. We’re on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy Care Manager to help lead a passionate care team and deliver outstanding support to adults with diverse needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the Care Manager in the day-to-day running of supported living services.
Creating personalised care plans alongside residents, families, and professionals.
Leading, motivating, and developing care staff to provide the highest standards of support.
Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Managing key admin duties including staff rotas, reports, and care documentation.
Promoting a culture of dignity, inclusion, independence, and well-being.
Building strong relationships with external partners and community services.
What You’ll Bring:
Previous experience in a care management or senior care role – ideally within supported living.
Confident leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Strong understanding of care planning, safeguarding, and risk management.
Knowledge of current care regulations and best practices.
A calm, professional, and empathetic approach to complex care needs.
A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care (NVQ/QCF Level 3 or above preferred).
