My client is seeking a Lead Vet to join their well-established, supportive, and friendly team in one of Nottingham’s most vibrant suburbs.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a practice that prides itself on delivering exceptional patient and client care. With three consult rooms, a dedicated theatre, full dental facilities including dental x-ray, and a varied caseload, the practice offers the perfect environment for a confident vet to thrive and grow.
You’ll work across a three-branch network, supported by a fantastic team of 6 vets, 3 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 2 VCAs, and 4 CCAs. Two of the branches are consult-only clinics, giving you a great mix of consult and surgical exposure across the group.
What We’re Looking For:
• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Confident with most routine procedures (orthopaedics a bonus but not essential)
• Strong clinical leadership and communication skills
• A passion for delivering gold-standard care to both patients and clients
• A good understanding of the commercial side of practice, including case allocation and clinical performance
• A proactive team player who values a collaborative and positive work culture
What You’ll Enjoy:
• A welcoming, experienced team with a strong support ethos
• Spacious, modern facilities designed to allow for high-quality care
• Clinical variety and autonomy in your role
• Opportunities for career development and progression
Located just a few miles north of Nottingham city centre, you’ll enjoy all the benefits of a well-connected and desirable suburban location—ideal for both work-life balance and personal lifestyle.
