An established and respected organisation is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support C-Suite level. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of executive operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organise and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Plan and support meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines.
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and budget tracking for the executive office.
  • Support event planning and logistics for internal and external engagements.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting board-level executives.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
  • Relevant administrative or business support qualifications.
