Salary: £26,200 per annum
Work Hours: 37.5 hours, 9am-5.30pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (with a day off in the week) – Some on-call duties may also be required for this position.
Working Location: Office based at our office in Seahouses, Northumberland.

About the Role
The Local Supplier Lead will be responsible for managing properties from a property portfolio when a booking is in situ providing a professional, cost effective, efficient, customer focussed service. You will be responsible for all areas of general housekeeping,
You will be accountable for resolving guest issues, serving as a contact for both owners and guests regarding housekeeping, and providing feedback to enhance service quality. Additionally, you will support the Managed Service Team during peak periods, contributing to high guest satisfaction and strong NPS scores.
Your Responsibilities
As Local Supplier Lead, you will be responsible for the following areas of accountability:
Supplier & Contractor Management
Build and maintain commercially viable relationships with third-party cleaners
Continually help source new housekeepers and cleaners.
Load and onboard new house keepers onto internal systems, ensuring all records are accurate and current
Ensure all suppliers are correctly trained on the KEA system and company processes
Troubleshoot and find solutions to cleaner-related issues
Operational Support & Compliance
Liaise with cleaners to ensure all property cleans are covered effectively
Ensure housekeeping and quality issues are responded to and resolved within agreed service levels
Support the Property Services HUB Team in Chester with local supplier management and coordination
Assist with cleaning or maintenance repairs on properties when business needs demand
Property Oversight & Quality Assurance
Conduct property visits to assess and uphold quality standards
React to and manage Net Promoter Score (NPS) results to ensure continuous property standard improvements
Work closely with property owners to resolve queries related to their properties
Team & Relationship Management
Manage relationships with self-employed housekeepers and maintenance contractors
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring of local suppliers and contractors
Ensure accurate and high-quality completion of all work done by third-party contractors
Emergency Response & On-Call Duties
Participate in out-of-hours emergency callout rota to ensure 24/7 response capability

Full UK Driving License
Excellent customer services standards
Basic property maintenance & DIY proficiency
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
Ability to multitask, prioritise & stay organised in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Build, manage and maintain strong relationships
Conflict resolution experience
IT literate – MS office & databases
Contractor management experience.
