My daughter is lovely person, she is gentle and kind. She likes going out when she is feeling well enough and at home she will listen to music (which is her passion) and watch telly. Some time away from home is spent in a local music studio where she sings and is learning to produce and edit material, she has a clear vision in this area and is very creative.
However, like many young adults she can struggle with keeping on top of daily tasks and needs some guidance. Most of the support needed is for prompting and encouraging her to look after herself with dietary intake, hygiene and keeping her room tidy at home and organisation. When her mood is low it especially affects these things.
My daughters Asperger's also causes a struggle to recognise health friendships and can be taken advantage of, some support and promotion of managing these challenges and what good friendships look like would be ideal along with life admin and money management support would needed.
