Are you an experienced and resilient Teaching & Learning Assistant seeking a rewarding role in an alternative education setting? Long Term Futures are partnered with a specialist provision that supports small groups (2-7 pupils) of primary-aged learners who have been excluded from mainstream schools. This is a varied and impactful position-blending classroom support, behavioural mentoring, and pastoral care.
What You'll Do:

Lead small group or 1:1 sessions, and occasionally cover staff absence
