Contract: Full-time, Long-term to permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay: £95-£105 per day
Start: ASAP

Are you an experienced and resilient Teaching & Learning Assistant seeking a rewarding role in an alternative education setting? Long Term Futures are partnered with a specialist provision that supports small groups (2-7 pupils) of primary-aged learners who have been excluded from mainstream schools. This is a varied and impactful position-blending classroom support, behavioural mentoring, and pastoral care.

What You'll Do:

Support pupils with complex behavioural, emotional, and social needs

Assist in lessons to help pupils engage and progress academically

Lead small group or 1:1 sessions, and occasionally cover staff absence

Who We're Looking For:

Proven experience working with disaffected or challenging primary pupils in alternative or mainstream settings
