What you’ll be doing:

Preparing and cooking a variety of meals to order, from daily specials to hearty pub classics

Supporting the Head Chef with smooth kitchen operations during busy service times

Assisting with food prep, stock management, and maintaining hygiene standards

Ensuring high food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations
What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a professional kitchen as a Chef (Chef de Partie level or above)

A genuine passion for great food and customer service

Excellent teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
-
(Desirable) Level 3 Food Hygiene certification
This is Full-time role, working 48 hours a week on Straight Shifts (Typical Working hours are 10am - 9pm) working 5-6 days out of 7, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Offering an hourly rate from £16 per hour dependent on skills & experience. Live-in accommodation is also available in Abersoch – free of charge and walking distance to the beach!
