Car Sales Executive – Main Dealer | OTE £65K | Car + Fuel Card | Trainee or Experienced Welcome
OTE: £65,000+ (based on selling 14 units/month)
Basic Salary: £15,000
Guarantee: £1,000/month for first 3 months
Benefits: Company car & fuel card (optional), 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays, on-site demo parking
Location: Portsmouth
Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am–5:00pm
1 or 2 Sundays/month: 10:00am–4:00pm
Day off during the week
We’re partnering with a well-established main dealership that’s looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their successful and growing sales team of 8. This opening has come about due to an internal promotion – a clear sign of the dealership’s commitment to development and internal progression.
Whether you’re already working in automotive sales or looking to launch your career in car sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected dealer group, earn uncapped commission, and grow in a supportive, professional environment.
Role Responsibilities:
Sell a variety of new and used vehicles with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Manage the complete vehicle sales process from first enquiry to delivery and aftercare
Build long-lasting relationships with both new and returning customers
Collaborate with your team to ensure individual and collective success
What We’re Looking For:
A confident and engaging communicator with an interest in car sales
A full UK driving licence is essential
Previous sales experience (in any sector) is a plus – but we’re open to trainees or those new to the motor trade
A motivated and target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced dealership
What You’ll Receive:
OTE £65,000+ with a £15,000 basic salary
£1,000/month guaranteed commission for your first 3 months
Company car and fuel card
On-site parking for demonstration vehicles
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
