We are excited to be recruiting an experienced Community Manager on a part time basis to assist in the management of a Build to
Rent scheme located in Canning Town, London. The development contains 105 units and residents’ amenities space on the ground floor
including a resident’s lounge, workspace, gym and post facilities. The post holder will be required to carry out some block
management duties for the development and will assist in managing the relationship with the landlord, tenants and contractors.

Main tasks:



* Provide outstanding customer services to our residents.
* Assist the Property manager with any resident community queries.
* Lead resident engagement and communications to foster a strong resident community.
* Ensure resident issues and requests are addressed and dealt with in a timely manner.
* Promote a neighbourly and community atmosphere.
* Arrange and carry out viewings for any available units and assist in pre tenancy paperwork.
* Meet and interact with residents in a customer friendly and professional manner.
* Seek ways to exceed service expectations of residents and enhance the Carter Jonas brand.
* Work closely with the building property manager assisting with the management of the development

ensure the smooth running of the office.



What will it take to be successful?



We are looking for someone with prior building to rent property management experience and a proven track record in residential
lettings. You will be a strong team player with excellent customer service, administration and organisational skills. The
successful candidate will be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines and able to work under their own initiative and
without close supervision. You will be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills. Excellent IT skills, strong written
and verbal communication and numeracy skills are also essential.
