This is a hybrid position, with a regular in-office day every Friday in our Birmingham office. We offer flexible working patterns to support your lifestyle and wellbeing.



What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

-Lead with Confidence: Manage a varied caseload of complex ER matters, providing expert guidance aligned with employment law and best practice.

-Empower Managers: Coach and support leaders to handle ER issues effectively and fairly.

-Collaborate Across the Business: Work closely with HR colleagues, senior stakeholders, legal teams, and Occupational Health providers.

-Drive Innovation: Review and enhance ER policies and processes to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

-Work Smart: Use our advanced case management system to deliver consistent, high-quality service remotely.

-Gain Broad Exposure: Support contracts across both public and private sectors, adding depth and variety to your experience.



What will you bring to the role?

-Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practices.

-Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload (up to 60 cases).

-Experience in a HR Shared Service Centre is a plus.

-A people-first mindset with a commitment to confidentiality, fairness, and respect.

-A curious, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

-Confidence in providing clear, commercially aware advice to managers.

-CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (or working towards it - we'll support your development
