Pay: £14.25 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Full-time & Part-time | Flexible Shift Patterns Available
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve their full potential? We’re looking for caring and committed individuals to join our team in Aylesbury as Residential Children’s Workers.
This is a meaningful role where you’ll be part of a dedicated team, helping children in residential care to grow in confidence, build life skills, and feel supported every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
Provide daily care, structure, and emotional support to children and young people
Encourage personal development and independent living skills
Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and consistent home environment
Work alongside a team of professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
What You’ll Receive:
