About the Role:
As part of a supportive and professional care team, you will:

Provide daily care, structure, and emotional support to young residents

Encourage independence and personal development

Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stable environment

Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the highest standard of care

What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting vulnerable children or young people in a residential setting

Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, caring approach

Flexibility to work across a range of shift patterns

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred but not essential)
