Main duties include:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including targeting potential clients and developing strategies for client acquisition.
• Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and research.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Understand the client’s needs and tailor the firm’s services to meet their specific requirements.
• Present and sell the firm’s services, including tax returns, VAT returns, pension returns, and business advisory services.
• Collaborate with the team to create personalized proposals and pitch documents for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the company CRM system.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the firm’s profile.
Skills and Education:
• One year of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the service industry.
• Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and a proactive team player.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
