Food Service Supervisor – Weekdays OnlyLocation: Bournemouth, BH7 7DAPay: £12.90 per hourHours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday(Shifts between 7:00am – 6:00pm)
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Food Service Supervisor to join our team in Bournemouth. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced food service environment and enjoys leading by example — with the bonus of a Monday to Friday schedule.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and serving sandwiches, salads, and hot food in line with brand standards
- Leading and supervising a small team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintaining a clean and organised environment, including end-of-day cleaning and prep for the next day
- Assisting in the coffee shop by handcrafting beverages to brand standards and serving customers at the till
- Taking responsibility for stock management, including ordering and stocktakes
What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista experience is essential
- A solid understanding of food safety standards
- Experience in hospitality or food service is desirable
- Confident in leading a team with strong communication skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused
- Full vetting will be required
