Key responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality coaching
Monitor and assess progress of individual gymnasts
Promote a safe training environment
Collaborate with the gymnastics team to support and motivate gymnasts
Prep gymnasts for competitions/skill development
Maintain open communication with gymnasts, parents and the YMCA team
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics to Level 2
Has a current DBS and safeguarding training (or willing to obtain)
First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Enthusiastic and patient - works well with children
Passionate about Gymnastics!
