Warehouse Operative - Despatch Loaders (All Shifts)
We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to be trained as Despatch Loaders in the Despatch Department at our Dunstable DC.
Core Accountabilities
- Checking of Recaps
- Loading vehicles
- Liaising with other departments and Operational Team Leaders
- Providing support to Operational Team Leaders to ensure smooth running of department
- Ensuring all vehicles are loaded to as Company procedure
Skills Required
- Basic computer skills relating to Gun Scanners
- Good communicative skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Able to solve problems effectively and efficiently
- Able to work on own initiative
- Able to support Assembly as and when required
- Good mathematical skills
Details of the Role
AM and PM Shifts
- First 12 weeks- £12.40 plus OT at £16.12 p/hr
- After 12 weeks- £12.53 plus OT at £16.29 p/hr plus Sunday and bank holiday premium at £18.80 p/hr
- Working hours 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00
Night Shift
- First 12 weeks- £13.64 plus OT at £17.73 p/hr
- After 12 weeks- £15.16 plus OT at £19.71 p/hr plus Sunday and bank holiday premium at £22.74 p/hr
- Working hours 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00
