37 hours per week, 18-month fixed term contract
Based at the Guildhall, Gainsborough (with provision to work from home)
We are looking to appoint an organised and capable support officer to work across our Housing and Environmental enforcement functions. It isn’t essential to have experience in these work areas, it would help, but it is more important to us that you are enthusiastic, willing to learn and able to adapt quickly to meet the changing needs of the work areas.
The role will involve a variety of tasks. You will deal directly with customers; process data and information; carry out a broad range of administrative duties and eventually be expected to give general advice and guidance across the relevant work areas. The role provides a real opportunity for someone to gain skills and knowledge and help to ensure that the Council continues to deliver excellent services.
The role will be 37 hours per week on an 18-month fixed term contract.
To apply: for application documentation, job description and person specification, please click the Apply button at the bottom of the page.
Please note we do not accept CV’s as a form of application.
Applicants will be subject to a Basic DBS check.
All recruitment correspondence, including interview invites will be sent out via email.
If you would like to discuss the role, contact Rebecca Ward 01427 675196 or Andy Gray on 01427 675195
Closing date: Sunday 20th July
Interview date: Wednesday 30th July
The Council has a commitment to equal opportunities and welcomes applicants from all sections of the community. Also we operate a no smoking policy.
