We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the TEC Partnership in the role of Lead Engagement Officer. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!

About the role

In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential employers or stakeholders, ensuring every enquiry is handled professionally and positively. You'll generate and qualify leads to support our Business Engagement Consultants in achieving their targets, while helping employers identify the right training solutions for their workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond promptly to marketing-generated enquiries, delivering a positive and professional experience.

· Qualify and manage leads to support the business engagement team in meeting targets.

· Guide employers in selecting training programmes tailored to their specific business needs.

· Work closely with business engagement teams to drive income growth and employer partnerships

· Produce insightful reports on lead conversion, performance, and labour market trends.

· Maintain in-depth knowledge of TEC Partnership’s training portfolio and emerging industry needs.

· Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and training functions.


About the person

We are looking for a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and a passion for helping businesses thrive through skills development. Experience in lead generation, client engagement, or sales support is desirable, although training will be given to the successful candidate.

Qualifications and Experience:

· A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is essential; a Level 4/5 qualification is desirable.

· Proven experience in a lead generation, sales support, business development, or customer engagement role.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.

· Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple enquiries and priorities.

· A good understanding of the training and education sector is advantageous.

· Confident in producing reports and presenting insights to inform strategic decisions.
