About the Role
We are recruiting for Night Support Assistants to join our team and support our accommodation for children in care and care leavers. As part of our Ofsted-registered accommodation service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring young people feel safe, supported, and empowered during their stay.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple properties and acting as the first point of contact for young people in our care, including those experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people, helping them develop essential life skills for independent living and supporting them on their journey to adulthood.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals who:
Are committed to improving the lives of children and young people
Have knowledge or experience working within an Ofsted-regulated service
Are excellent communicators who can build trust and rapport with young people
Are flexible and willing to work unsocial hours, including weekends
Own a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license, with a good standard of word processing skills
