Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic + Bonus + Overtime (Dependent on Experience & Qualifications)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm | Saturdays on a rota

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable and high-performing main dealership based in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technician looking to take the next step in their career and work within a supportive, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults
- Perform warranty-approved repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- (If qualified) Conduct MOT tests in accordance with DVSA requirements
- Maintain high-quality work and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
Requirements:
- NVQ or IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Level 2 considered with relevant experience)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding skills across a variety of vehicle systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
