Role Summary
Our vision is to deliver pioneering care through pregnancy, childhood and loss, wherever families need us, whatever the future holds. This role supports our vision by assisting our shop managers in managing our shops across a designated portfolio (up to 6 shops across a 15-mile radius).
In this hands-on development role, your excellent organisation and people skills will ensure effective management of colleagues and volunteers to help achieve sales targets and maintain excellent merchandising standards in the absence of the regular shop manager.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who aspires to move into the Shop Manager role, the post holder will be encouraged to have a structured personal development plan and to attend additional internal and external training sessions.
For an informal chat about the role, please contact Susan Carson 07741076837
