An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Matchday Concourse Chef to join Middlesbrough Football Club.
THE ROLE:
• To ensure compliance with all aspects of the Food Hygiene Regulations.
• To ensure customer satisfaction by providing a first-class service of public catering service with a welcoming and friendly attitude
• To attend all league and cup games.
• To attend all appropriate briefings and training sessions organised by Middlesbrough Football Club.
• To coordinate the entire operation of the concession ensuring an efficient service of the highest standard.
• Have a full understanding of the products on the menu.
• To install a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ability to respond to customer complaints efficiently and effectively in a sincere manner.
• Assist with team training and development for the operation of your Concession.
• Encourage your staff to work together with other departments to ensure overall success.
• To comply with procedures set out by management.

CANDIDATES SHOULD:
• Have a friendly, professional and hardworking attitude/persona.
• Be well presented at all times.
• Display good leadership skills.
• Be a well organised individual with the ability to work well to time schedules.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and team working skills, with the ability to problem solve.
• Customer driven with superb attention to detail.
