The Role

Working as part of our close-knit, team, you will support the delivery of retained assignments for some great companies.

As a Researcher / Resourcer, your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with senior consultants on client briefs
Conducting in-depth market research to identify and profile potential candidates
Building and managing shortlists through headhunting and proactive outreach
Initiating contact with prospective candidates and scheduling interviews
Supporting the overall delivery of successful recruitment campaigns across a range of roles – from administration and technical positions to senior executive appointments

This is a role that requires curiosity, tenacity, and excellent interpersonal skills. Your ability to research effectively and connect with people will be central to the success of our assignments.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking recent graduates who demonstrate:

A minimum of a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
A strong academic background
Confidence, professionalism, and natural communication skills
Intellectual curiosity and a keen eye for detail
High levels of persistence, resilience, and integrity
A genuine interest in people and the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong organisational and IT skills
Ambition and a desire to build a successful career in recruitment

You’ll act as a brand ambassador for HCP, representing us with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.
