Customer Service Advisor - Contact Centre
Location: Southam, CV47 £13.00 per hour Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:15
Friday: Half day
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and friendly Contact Centre team in Southam (CV47). This role is the first point of contact for customers with repair enquiries, orders, or service-related questions.
Due to the location and lack of public transport, applicants must live locally or have their own transport.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls professionally and promptly
Resolve repair queries and complaints from start to finish
Respond to enquiries via phone and email
Escalate more complex issues when needed
Manage and prioritise your daily workload
Follow all health and safety procedures
Support the Team Leader and cover duties when required
Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by management
What Were Looking For:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
High attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines and performance targets
Confident decision-maker with strong initiative
Organised, efficient, and dependable
Good problem-solving skills
Comfortable using IT systems and software
Pay & Benefits:
