We are looking for a proactive People and OD Business Partner to join our People & Organisational Development team, supporting a diverse academic and professional services workforce at the University of South Wales, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and The College Merthyr Tydfil. A People Business Partner who shares our commitment to excellence, inclusivity, and empathetic leadership.
You will deliver comprehensive professional and strategic business focused advice to Senior Management on the full range of People and OD services; and act as a ‘change agent’, supporting change initiatives whilst promoting the desired performance enabling organisational culture and behaviours supporting the University’s core values.
You will have significant HR experience and a strong generalist background, with the ability to support and professionally challenge, whilst providing business focused solutions. You will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with different customer groups applying good practice to support the people plan.
We are currently operating a hybrid-model of working. However, the successful candidate would be expected to work on campus for part of the week based at the Pontypridd campus of the University of South Wales.
